Since there is not enough room in their facilities I designed this building in order to provide working spaces for the students of the
„Jagielloński-university“. The working spaces consist of mobile steel and glass modules (boxes) which can be moved within a grid
or alternatively can be stored in the uppermost storey by a crane. The boxes can be arranged in many ways in order to create large
or small roomsituations. Depending on the purpose, for example an exhibition, you can connect all 32 boxes in order to create a very
large room. The vertical grid shows in the facade which is built with concrete and glas. At a regular interval there are loggias made
of steel and glas attached to the facade. Here the students can take a break from their studies having a nice view on whats going on
out side. In the back of the building, the rather quite core, you can find a café on the ground floor and a library on the two levels above.
